Southern Oregon Dental offers a number of convenient payment options for you to choose from. Our front office is here to assist you with your insurance and to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins.
New Patients
We ask that new and emergency patients pay in full for their initial appointment, this helps to establish a payment history in our office. If you have insurance we will ask you to pay any estimated co-pays or deductibles.
Discounts – Senior Discount
We offer a 5% discount on for patients who pay their charges in full on the day services are rendered. Payments must be made with cash or check, this discount does not apply to payments made with a credit or debit card, or to insurance co-pays.
We also offer an additional 5% senior discount with services paid in full with cash or check at the time of service.
Credit Cards
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. No discounts are given on payments made by credit card.
In-house Payment Option
Because Southern Oregon Dental wants you to be able to afford your treatment, we offer an in-office payment plan which will allow you to extend payment on some charges over four months. Please ask our friendly staff about the details when you call to schedule your appointment.
Care Credit
Sometimes four months just isn’t enough time and that’s why Southern Oregon Dental accepts Care Credit.
If you need a more extensive payment plan, Care Credit might be the option for you. Care Credit offers revolving credit accounts similar to a Visa account that can be used to pay for your healthcare needs in offices that accept care credit. We can process and submit your application in the office, or you can visit their website and apply.
Insurance
Southern Oregon Dental is a Pacific Source preferred provider. We are a premier provider with Private ODS/Moda Health Systems, Washington Dental Services and all Delta Dentals.
As a courtesy we will bill any private insurance provider. Our front office will be happy to assist you with insurance claims to maximize your benefits.
You will be asked to pay your co-pays and deductibles at the time of service. Any balance remaining after your insurance pays is payable by the patient/account holder.
